We would like to assure you that your custom is very important to us and we will do our very best to process your order as soon as possible so you can enjoy your purchase at the earliest possible occasion

Most customer orders that we receive Monday through Thursday depart within 36 hours of receipt. Orders received on Friday through Sunday will generally depart Monday or Tuesday depending on volumes.

Most orders are shipped with DPD and their delivery time within the Rep of Ireland is generally within 24 to 48 hours. This means that most orders should be received within 2 to 4 working days

Over-sized or Over-weight items, which include some digital pianos, drums and amplifiers, we generally deliver ourselves and we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a convenient time for delivery.

If there is a problem with your order we will contact you within 2 working days to resolve any issues.
